• Service refers to all websites, courses, products, and content delivered under Golden Era Face Yoga / Golden Era Living.
• Website refers to any online site owned or operated by Golden Era Face Yoga / Golden Era Living.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.
Acknowledgment
These Terms govern the use of Our Service and form the agreement between You and the Company. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You do not agree, You may not use the Service.
You represent that You are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Refunds and Cancellations
All sales are final.
Because our products and services are delivered electronically with instant access (digital downloads, programs, classes, memberships, or coaching), we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been processed.
By purchasing, You expressly waive any right to chargeback or dispute a payment due to dissatisfaction or non-use.
Digital Delivery Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase, You acknowledge that You are receiving immediate access to a digital product or service. This constitutes full delivery of the product. All sales are final.

Termination
